Training with me means following a structured, science-based approach to running. Through The Gudiño Method, you will learn how to train with purpose using pacing zones, physiological principles and intelligently designed workouts.
Each training plan is built around clear objectives to help you improve endurance, develop speed and progress consistently. Whether you’re preparing for your first race or aiming for a new personal best, the focus is always the same: smarter training for long-term performance.

Individualized Training
Every training program is fully personalized. I work closely with each athlete to adapt the training to their experience, goals, schedule and recovery, ensuring that every session has a clear purpose.
This also means leaving behind the typical coaching model where one coach manages dozens or even hundreds of athletes with little individual attention. My approach is built on real communication, personalized adjustments and close guidance, so you always know your training is designed specifically for you.
